tarting in fall 2025, Recognized Student Organizations (RSOs) at CU Boulder will be required to have a faculty or staff member serve as an advisor. This new guideline aligns with requirements at other universities, while enhancing the experience of student organizations and ensuring effective operations.
Starting June 1, CU Boulder’s Division of Student Affairs will be renamed Division of Student Life to better reflect its comprehensive support for students. Several departments within the division will also undergo name changes to more accurately represent their support services and align with best practices.
