Tyler is interested in maintaining and supporting CU Geology's colloquium as he sees it as vital to the health of the department as a whole and sacred place to come together and share our science.

Tyler uses igneous rocks to study subduction zone processes, continental volcanism and mantle processes.

Tyler enjoys riding his bikes and homebrewing beer on his free time.
