Welcome to CU Science Discovery,
a science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) education outreach program at the University of Colorado Boulder. Science Discovery manages programs that engage K-12 students and teachers in STEM and connect public audiences with the STEM research happening here at CU Boulder. Science Discovery programs utilize CU scientific expertise, equipment, resources and faculty, graduate and undergraduate students in order to provide participants with unique, experiential STEM learning experiences.
Science Discovery is committed to remaining connected to families amid the disruptions from COVID-19. This webpage provides current information about operations and how to engage with our staff remotely.
CU Science Discovery is currently recruiting instructors for our 2022 summer camp program! Summer Camp and STEM Academy instructors are typically graduate students or experienced undergraduates with expertise in STEM who enjoy working with kids.
The Science Discovery summer team is working diligently to plan the summer 2022 schedule. Online registration is slated to open sometime in late winter. Registration announcements will be made via our monthly e-newsletter and all social media channels (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram). We look forward to welcoming campers to campus!
