What to know when filing a report
Every report submitted is reviewed by CU Boulder.
In many instances and depending on the nature of the report being filed, the university is required to keep findings and subsequent actions confidential.
Being as detailed as possible in the report you file helps ensure a thorough review by the appropriate office.
There are times when concerns may fall into multiple categories of misconduct. Please select the category that best fits the description of your concerns, and the university will ensure that the appropriate offices are reviewing the report.
Retaliation against those who report in good faith is prohibited.
