As announced to our Catalog News mailing list , we're kicking off workflows for academic pages in the 2019–20 university catalog this week. Our catalog team will kick off all academic page workflows starting today; non-academic page workflows will begin in December. Please see below for a catalog production update and a few reminders.

We're excited to begin work on the next university catalog! This message contains an overview of the 2019–20 catalog production schedule, upcoming training session dates, a request to share workflow updates and a preview of other next steps.

We've officially launched our new online Course Proposal and Course Revision Forms. We’ll post online support resources in the next few days, but you can also sign up for a role-specific, in-person support session.

Just in time for Fall 2019 course planning, we’re excited to announce the launch of our new online Course Proposal and Course Revision Forms. We'll continue to accept paper forms through Sept. 30.

We're pleased to announce that the 2018–19 catalog is now live! The catalog functionality is essentially the same as last year, but there are several new program offerings to explore. Also, please check any catalog links on your departmental websites to make sure they still go to the right place.

First, we want to thank so many of you who have worked on and submitted edits and updates for the 2018–19 catalog. As a reminder, the deadline for edits and approval of academic department pages is this Friday, Nov. 17.

The deadline for department-level users to edit and approve their catalog content is Friday, Nov. 17. After that date, all in-progress workflows will be canceled and the pages moved out of the editing queue.
