Degree audits now indicate which enrolled courses the student has requested grade replacement for and, after grades have posted, which prior attempts are now excluded from the student's GPA.
Grade Replacement Requested
The >G symbol indicates a course the student is currently taking for grade replacement. The degree audit legend defines >G as "Grade replacement requested on course."
Grade Replacement Complete (updated 1/7/2020)
Once grades have posted for the student's current attempt and the Campus Solutions repeat-checking process has run:
- An >E symbol is added to the most recent prior attempt, which is no longer counted in the student's GPA. The degree audit legend defines >E as "Grade replacement, not in GPA."
- The >G symbol is removed from the current attempt.
