Join us today, Nov. 30, from 2 to 3:30 p.m. in Regent 1B60 for our next catalog open lab training. Catalog staff will be available to answer questions and troubleshoot issues. If you have access to a laptop, bring it with you for easier editing.

Catalog Schedule

With the end of the semester fast approaching, be sure to make all catalog edits and updates before the catalog closes on Dec. 14. Here’s an outline of the upcoming schedule:

  • Nov. 30, Dec. 7, Dec. 14: Open Lab Training in Regent 1B60.
  • Dec. 14: Edits due; catalog closes for contributors
  • Dec. 15–Jan. 15, 2017: Catalog staff reviews content for accuracy, adds new programs, refreshes course lists, etc.
  • Jan. 17, 2017: Catalog opens for final approvals
  • Feb. 17, 2017: Catalog closes for preproduction
  • Early March 2017: Catalog goes live


You’ll soon see more photos throughout the catalog, particularly on program pages. However, these are NOT final and are being imported to test the “Programs A – Z” filter. If you have questions about specific photos on your pages, contact
