Greetings, catalog contributors!

We appreciate your time last week at the catalog on-site training and we look forward to working with you on the upcoming 2017–18 University Catalog.

Attend a Training Open Lab Starting Today

The Office of the Registrar is hosting open lab training sessions throughout the fall semester for catalog contributors. If you missed last week’s training, or if you would like additional help, consider attending an open lab for hands-on, focused attention.

The first open lab is today, Wednesday, Nov. 16, from 2 to 3:30 p.m. in Regent 1B60. This is a conference room, so please bring a laptop.

Catalog Site Maintenance: Course Lists

The catalog website will be down for maintenance on Thursday, Nov. 17, from 6 a.m. to 7 a.m. Any changes made during this time will not be saved. Please exit out of the catalog and log back in after 7 a.m. on Thursday morning.

This maintenance window update catalog course lists; if you have specific questions about how your courses are appearing (or not appearing) after this update, please email catalog@colorado.edu.

Coming Soon: Style Guide & Subplan List

Next week, we’ll provide a catalog style guide that answers common questions about formatting, terminology and page structure to help make catalog edits as easy as possible.

Additionally, we are building a list of subplans (areas of focus, concentrations, tracks, etc.). Ideally, these subplans should be reflected in the catalog on pages related to degrees, minors and certificates. Watch for additional details soon.
