If you received a parking citation on campus, it must be paid or appealed within 14 calendar days of the date of issuance. Citations not paid within 14 days will incur late fees, and may result in additional actions including, referral to a collection agency or booting/impounding of the offending vehicle. Outstanding citations linked to a student account may be transferred to the Student’s Tuition and Fee bill.
How to Pay a Citation
- Online (credit or debit card) – Citations may be paid online 24 hours a day 7 days a week by accessing our Customer Portal.
- By Phone (credit or debit card) – Call 303-735-PARK (7275) during our regular office hours to pay your citation by phone. Scroll down to review our office hours.
- By Mail (check only) – Use the envelope included with your citation to mail your payment.
- In Person (cash, check, credit or debit card) – Payments may be made at our customer service window in the lobby of Police and Parking Services building during regular office hours. Scroll down to review our office hours and address. An after-hours drop box is also available in the lobby for check or cash payments only.
