If you received a parking ticket on campus, it must be paid or appealed within 14 days of the date of issuance. A discounted fine amount may be available if paid within 14 calendar days. Additional fees may result, including referral to a collection agency or booting/impounding of the offending vehicle. Outstanding tickets linked to a student account may be transferred to the Student’s Tuition and Fee bill.

How to Pay a Ticket

  • Online (credit or debit card) – Tickets may be paid online 24 hours a day 7 days a week by accessing our Customer Portal.
  • By Phone (credit or debit card) – Call 303-735-PARK (7275) during our regular office hours to pay your ticket by phone. Scroll down to review our office hours.
  • By Mail (check only) – Mail your check to Parking Services, 1050 Regent Drive, 502 UCB, Boulder, CO 80309.
  • In Person (cash, check, Apple Pay, credit or debit card) – Payments may be made at our customer service window in the lobby of Police and Parking Services building during regular office hours. Scroll down to review our office hours and address
