- Overview: Have you ever been faced with a situation where you needed to lead a team but didn’t have the positional authority to make them do it? In two facilitated seminars, you will work with your peers to learn new ways of handling this common situation for project managers. The first seminar (the 2/24 PM Network Roundtable) will provide a structure for you to seek peer advice on a particular situation you have faced or currently face. After the session, you will be presented with some resources to explore on your own that will build into the second session (the 4/20 PM Network Roundtable) where you will have a chance to play out different scenarios with a team.
