Ashley Mendoza serves as the Bridge Coordinator for the Precollege Bridge Program. Ashley Mendoza is a driven and accomplished individual who recently graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Accounting and Finance. Hailing from Vail, CO, Ashley is a First Generation student, making her academic achievements even more remarkable. Alongside her major, she pursued a Minor in Sociology and earned a Certificate in Operations and Information Systems, showcasing her adaptability and dedication to diverse areas of study.
During her undergraduate career, Ashley actively engaged in various campus organizations, including Pi Lambda Chi Latina Sorority, Inc., the Multicultural Business Student Association, and the Diverse Scholars Program in the Business school. Not content with just being involved in clubs, she also served as a Peer Mentor Leader for the Precollege Bridge program since her freshman year's spring semester, guiding and supporting incoming students.
In addition to her campus involvement, Ashley demonstrated her commitment to her field through several Tax internships during her undergrad. These internships provided valuable hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of the complexities of taxation within the business world. Furthermore, Ashley worked as a teller at a bank, honing her financial and customer service skills.
