Welcome to the Regent Laws and Policies Review webpage.  In 2015, the Board of Regents began a formal review of all Regent Laws and Policies.  In 2023, the Board of Regents resolved to continue formally reviewing all Regent Laws and Policies on a continuing basis in perpetuity, ensuring that the laws and policies reflect the will of the Board of Regents.  The tabs below provide: 1) a summary of all laws and policies “Currently Under Review”; 2) a list of the laws and policies which have already been reviewed and approved shown under “Approved Changes”; and 3) links to all current regent laws and policies.   Stakeholders are encouraged to provide feedback on the feedback form at the top of this page or via the feedback link at the top of each draft law or policy which are currently under review.
