Mandatory: Receive information about how to maintain your immigration status. Ask any questions you may have about maintaining your J-1 status as an exchange student.

This session is for exchange students with J-1 Status.

2:45-4:30 p.m. | Sponsored Students Essentials (required) | HUMN 125 and 1B45

A mandatory session about how to maintain your scholarship AND your immigration status. As a sponsored student, you will learn about enrollment, employment, and changing programs all while maintaining your F-1 status, or sponsorship. We will also assist any sponsored student who has not yet submitted a FERPA release form for their sponsor.

This session is for students that are, or plan to be sponsored by Aramco, KAUST Gifted Student Program (KGSP), Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission (SACM), Kuwait Cultural Office (KCO), Embassy of Oman, SABIC, or the Scholarships Office of the UAE (SCO).
