We are pleased that you have chosen CU Boulder to pursue your graduate studies and look forward to being part of your journey. Now that you have been accepted to CU Boulder, there are a few steps you can begin to complete.

We want to make sure you have a smooth transition to CU Boulder and are here if you need us!

Follow these steps

Step 1: Activate IdentiKey

Before you can register for classes, you must activate your CU username and IdentiKey password. You will need your student ID number from your official admittance email.

Activate your IdentiKey

Step 2: Submit Your Buff OneCard Photo

Your Buff OneCard is your student ID card and your key to many services and events, including dining, printing, banking and public transportation. You must submit your Buff OneCard photo by Dec. 27 to have it printed and mailed to you.

Step 3: Log in to your CU Boulder email

All CU Boulder faculty, staff and students receive a CU Boulder email account. We will use this account to communicate with you, so please use your IdentiKey to log in and start using it. Beginning in November this is the only email address we will communicate to; plan to check it regularly.
