The Online Experience

Hi y’all! I am here to help guide you navigate the Online Experience (OE) that opened on May 5th! The OE is one piece of the New Student Welcome Experience, which also includes Fall Welcome. More information about Fall Welcome will be coming soon, but for now you can take a look at this link, https://www.colorado.edu/orientation/fallwelcome, that will stay up to date with all Fall Welcome updates.
How to access the Online Experience:
You can access the OE through your Buff Portal in your “New Student Welcome” card by clicking on the link to the Online Experience. That link will take you to a canvas course, where you will need to login with your IdentiKey and password! From there, you will want to complete the course.
What is the Online Experience?
In this canvas course you will explore academic resources, prepare for advising, complete pre-registration, learn more about campus resources, and prepare to sign up for an enrollment date to register for classes!
I recommend taking a look at this helpful page that outlines each part of the OE: https://www.colorado.edu/orientation/online-experience.
In order to register for classes, you must complete and pass the enrolling in classes module. Note that it can take up to two hours after you pass the challenge at the end of the enrolling in classes module for you to be able to access and open your enrollment dates!
