The revised Sexual Misconduct Policy takes effect today, October 1, 2018.

The changes to the Sexual Misconduct Policy have helped align the processes across all four CU campuses and clarified key areas regarding due process and adjudication jurisdiction and mandatory reporting. 

Primary areas where these changes have occurred include:

CU Boulder will now require all employees (faculty, staff, and student staff) and affiliates to complete the required OIEC training on Discrimination and Sexual Misconduct every three years after initial completion when new to the Boulder campus (rather than the previous five-year requirement).

Employees can review their training record on MyCUInfo and determine when they last completed the training. OIEC also directly emails anyone who is not up-to-date with the training requirement.
