DINING AT THE MOUNTAIN RESEARCH STATION DINING HALL

The Mountain Research Station has its own dining hall serving excellent food throughout the summer.  Dining hall service is available early June through mid-August or when summer field courses are in residence.  Reservations for meals should be made 24 hours in advance and several weeks in advance for groups larger than 5 people.  Cash or check is accepted for payment.  Children 6 through 11 are half-price; no charge for children five or under.

All meals include vegetarian options.  Vegan meals should be requested in advance.

Dietary requests:  Please provide any special dietary needs in advance.  Please make us aware of any food allergies.  Gluten free meals can be provided, however we urge you to discuss your sensitivity to cross contamination with the cook staff to ensure expectations are clear.


2022 RATES:  $12/$12/$16 Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner  ($40 per day for 3 meals)

Monday -Thursday:  Breakfast/Sack Lunch: 6:45 - 7:45 am

Monday - Thursday: Dinner: 6:00-7:00 pm

Friday, Saturday, Sunday schedules flex throughout the summer depending on residency.  Please contact the Station Manager for latest schedule.
