Special Notice - Welcome to MCDB
Dear MCDB student,
We welcome you to campus and to the department of Molecular, Cell and Developmental Biology (MCDB)! We hope you are comfortably adjusting to this new approach to learning; we too are adjusting. Our faculty are excited to be teaching this semester and want to make sure your experience meets your expectations. MCDB is committed to putting in the extra effort to make your learning experience a good one. We know there will be challenges, so we appreciate any feedback that can help us adapt and improve your experience.
As you know, most MCDB courses are being taught as either hybrid or remote to keep students safe. The MCDB lab courses have an in-person component for experiments, along with a remote component to ensure you can accomplish the course learning goals. Our goal for all courses is to deliver the best educational experience we can in those settings while still keeping you and our TAs and LAs safe. We appreciate your patience and continued involvement in these courses as we all adjust to these new challenges.
