Jingshi Shen

The overarching goal of my group is to uncover molecular principles governing vesicle-mediated cargo transport. Our long-term vision is to establish a comprehensive “blueprint” that describes the components and mechanisms of regulatory networks that control vesicle-mediated cargo transport. Ultimately, one can be guided by this blueprint to understand how the regulatory networks are utilized to serve the physiology of the cell and the organism, and how dysregulations lead to disease.
