Miltenyi Biotec MACSQuant VYB Analyzer:

This is our newest instrument, equipped with 3 laser, 8 color flow cytometry. To book a time to use the MACSQuant, please use the MCDB Flow Cytometry calendar.
Note: you must recieve training and permission from the facility director to schedule and use this facility. See facility guidelines for details.

Beckman Coulter CyAn ADP Analyzer:

Our original analyzer, equipped with 3 laser, 9 color flow cytometry. To book a time to use the CyAN, please use the MCDB Flow Cytometry calendar.

MoFlo XDP Cell Sorter:

To book a time to use the MoFlo, please contact the Flow Cytometry Director.

How to Reserve an Instrument:

1. Sign-in to the MCDB Flow Cytometry calendar.
   (use your CU ID, e.g.: abcd1234@colorado.edu)
2. From "Select Service", choose the Reservation time you need.
3. From "Select Time"
   1. Choose the date.
   2. Choose the start time.
   3. From "Select Staff", choose the equipment you want.
4. Enter you name and email.
5. Agree to terms.
6. Book!
