ODECE and CTL: Inclusive Communities of Practice (ICoP):

  • ODECE hosted ICoP to spark conversations about inclusive excellence. ICoP provides opportunities where faculty, staff and students can talk openly about addressing issues of inequity and racism, and work on developing inclusive practices for everyday lived experiences on campus, in the classroom, research environments, and in the workplace.

Complementing the ICoP meetings is a self-paced anti-racism pedagogy Canvas course offered by the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) which provides guidance for reading, listening and reflecting and includes facilitated support to move through stages of racial identity development.
