The mission of the Diversity Committee is to create and maintain a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive community in which all faculty, staff, and students are proud to be members. The Committee seeks to open dialogues and address issues of equity, diversity, and department climate. The Committee promotes activities and programs that foster the success of all individuals in the department, especially those from marginalized groups.
