EcoReps
Sustainability Starts at Home.
EcoReps are first-year and transfer students who dedicate themselves to a year-long leadership program focused on sustainability, environmental responsibility, and peer education within residential communities.
Through workshops, field trips, volunteer opportunities, leadership development experiences, and hands-on sustainability initiatives, EcoReps gain valuable skills in advocacy, collaboration, and community engagement. Members then share this knowledge with their residence hall communities through peer-to-peer programming, conversations, and sustainability-focused initiatives that create positive change across campus.
EcoReps empowers students to become leaders who inspire environmentally responsible behavior while building a more sustainable future at CU Boulder.
Mission & Values
EcoReps develops student leaders within sustainability through specialized workshops, programming, experiential learning opportunities, and volunteer experiences. Through these opportunities, members become peer educators who help foster environmentally responsible communities throughout the residence halls.
Promoting environmentally responsible practices that support the long-term health of our campus and communities.
Providing opportunities for students to learn about sustainability issues, solutions, and leadership practices.
Empowering students to become voices for positive environmental change within residential communities and beyond.
Creating connections among students who are passionate about sustainability and collective impact.
Transforming knowledge into meaningful initiatives, programs, and service that contribute to a more sustainable future.
