How to prep for move-in

Move-in schedules and instructions

Move-in on campus is an exciting time of year. It is filled with excitement, happy tears and heavy lifting. Before you arrive get familiar with our move-in process.

  • Residence Hall, Bear Creek and Weber Hall Move-In: Aug. 21-Aug. 24, 2023.
  • All students will be required to schedule a move-in appointment online beginning in mid-June. We strongly encourage all students to wait until their appointment is confirmed before making travel arrangements.
  • Check back in May for information about Pre-Arrival programs.

Move-out and break information

Please keep in mind the following information about breaks and move-out. 

  • Residence halls remain open for fall and spring breaks.
  • All residence halls, including Bear Creek and Weber Hall, close at 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 11, 2023.
