- The Engineering Honors Program requires an application that is due annually in March. Those selected into the program can choose "Honors Engineering RAP" as a preference in their housing application. If a student was not selected into the program, then they should not select this RAP in their application. Reach out to the RAP for inquiries after the deadline.

- Honors Engineering RAP is committed to the idea of community and bringing together students and faculty that are ambitious without being competitive, serious without being obsessive, committed to the success of others without sacrificing their own achievements and who enjoy engineering without being defined by it
- Honors Engineering RAP is a very diverse group that includes musicians, artists, gourmet cooks, writers, athletes and student leaders, with goals to become engineers, development workers, educators, entrepreneurs, medical doctors, professors, researchers and environmental policy makers
- To graduate with honors, completion of a senior Honors ePortfolio and/or an Honors Thesis is required along with successful completion of the program
