Colorado Stories LLC
Are you curious why Colorado is so beautiful? In the Colorado Stories LLC, we will take a journey through deep time, telling the geologic story of how Colorado’s spectacular landscape came to be. Colorado Stories is led by two geology faculty members who both grew up in Colorado. Together, we’ll explore the state’s geology through both classroom study and fun trips to iconic Colorado places and some of its hidden gems. The goal: to deepen your satisfaction and sense of place at CU by exploring how Earth processes have influenced the state’s human history and how they continue to shape our collective present and future.
