CU Boulder Initiated Contract Termination
Student must pay all financial responsibilities incurred from the first day of the Available Period of Occupancy through the date of checkout. Then, CU Boulder will refund to the Student a percentage of the remaining portion of Rates based on CU Boulder’s termination date. The refund schedule for Spring 2021 is provided below.
