Hello! Here is where you can submit your service hours. Each year you must complete at least 5 hours worth of service in order to uphold your NRHH membership. Please fill this out so that I can record your hours as need be.
Make sure that you fill out a separate form for each individual volunteering opportunity you have done. Thank you!
