Occupancy Management has changed their department name to University Housing. This change was made to support a student-centered approach and to make a smoother experience for students navigating CU Boulder resources. This name change will also better align CU Boulder with other housing offices at PAC-12 institutions. University Housing will continue to support housing operations in the residence halls and Bear Creek; while Graduate and Family Housing will remain with Residence Life.
Effective October 1, please direct email communications to universityhousing@colorado.edu. The University Housing phone number will not be changing, it is 303-492-6673. University Housing is located in the Center for Community, Suite S300.
