There are numerous programs and courses available abroad which focus on sexuality and LGBTQ issues.

LGBT MarchStudy abroad courses and CU Global Seminars that deal centrally with LGBTQ issues may count for lower or upper division elective credit with the permission of the co-directors of LGBTQ Studies. Only CU approved study abroad programs and Global Seminars will count as CU credit. Appropriate study abroad courses taken through other accredited study abroad programs may count for elective transfer credit with the permission of the co-directors of LGBTQ Studies. In all of these cases, students must get the director’s approval beforehand or credit toward the certificate is not guaranteed.
