The Learning Design Group has made and collected tutorials to help you when you develop, revise and teach your courses. The collection continues to grow as there are new feature releases and updates. If you don't see something that should be included, please reach out and let us know what additional resources could be added that would help you.
Types of Tutorials
Video - Short video tutorials created by Canvas or our team, usually under 5 minutes. Most commonly hosted on Vimeo.
Canvas Video Training - Recordings of training sessions and webinars from Canvas LMS, hosted on Youtube.
Canvas Guide - Guides provided by Instructure Community. These are managed and updated directly by Instructure.
Step-by-Step Guide - PDF documents with step-by-step instructions that you can follow, screenshots are included.
OIT Documentation - Resources provided by the Office of Information Technology.
