$500 ScholarshipFreshman & Sophomore Scholarship

Fall Deadline to Apply: January 4, 2019

Each semester, the Program in Jewish Studies awards a $500 tuition scholarship to a freshman or sophomore who as declared a Jewish Studies Major or Minor and has the highest GPA in the pool of applicants.

The Post-Holocaust American Judaism (PHAJ) Collections Undergraduate Scholarship provides a CU undergraduate student a $1,000 undergraduate scholarship to complete an original research project during the Spring semester using one or more of the PHAJ Collections.

This Spring 2019, Jewish Studies' UROP,Research in Jewish Studies: How, What, Why?, will acquaint undergraduate students with the skills to conduct high level, independent, and interdisciplinary research and synthesize their findings into a successful final project. This program allows undergraduate students to enhance their learning experience, improve their ability to create and execute original research, and impress both future employers and potential graduate school admissions committees.

The Barry and Sue Baer Graduate Fellowship supports graduate students from all disciplines and backgrounds as they conduct research, produce creative works, and address scholarly gatherings around the globe.

Fall Deadline to Apply: November 9, 2018

The Post-Holocaust American Judaism Collections Graduate Research Fellowship provides support to a CU Boulder graduate student to conduct research in the CU Post-Holocaust American Judaism (PHAJ) Collections during the spring semester. The Fellow will work with librarians and archivists to produce an original research paper or project using one or more of the PHAJ collections.
