Find Your Portfolio Manager
Grant projects are managed by a specific Portfolio Manager assigned to the project (see bottom of page for assignments).
Contact your Portfolio Manager for all questions and issues including:

- Cat Latzer is the Portfolio Manager Team Lead and will still be directly involved with quarterly updates and budget meetings.
- Zach Kilday is directly involved with My.Leave and paycheck problems.
- Jean Bowen is directly involved with building and access issues.
- You may still receive emails from us but send your project inquiries directly to your Portfolio Manager.

Who do I go to for purchasing requests?
- Email your assigned Portfolio Manager.
Who do I send my PCARD cover sheets and receipts to?
- Email your assigned Portfolio Manager with all your PCARD cover sheets, receipts and PCARD questions.
Who will arrange my travel once the COVID-19 travel restrictions are lifted?
- Contact your assigned Portfolio Manager.
Who do I contact if I need to set up a consultant?
- Contact your assigned Portfolio Manager.
Who do I contact if I need to set up a petty cash account or set up gift card approval for subject payments?
- Contact your assigned Portfolio Manager.
Who do I send vendor invoices to?
- Contact your assigned Portfolio Manager.
Who do I send subcontract invoices to?
- Contact your assigned Portfolio Manager.
To whom do I go for hiring, % effort time change, or termination requests?

Who do I contact if I need to change someone's funding distribution?

Who do I contact about proposal budgets?
- Tessa Brandt is your primary proposal budget contact. Please cc Portfolio Manager and Cat Latzer.
- Cat continues to be the final departmental approver of proposal budgets.
Who do I contact if I am expecting more funding or am planning a No Cost Extension?
- Contact your assigned Portfolio Manager.
Who will provide spending updates on my projects?
- Contact your assigned Portfolio Manager.
- Cat Latzer will continue to email you the quarterly project spending reports.
With whom should I schedule budget meetings?

Who do I contact if I need a new account for an incoming gift, award, monies from a different department etc.?
