Mr. Weatherley is currently developing adaptive learning technologies for the eBRAVO project, which combines expository texts with real-time reading comprehension support that monitors and models a student’s mastery of reading skills and content knowledge building over time.

In addition to adaptive learning technology, Mr. Weatherley has worked on a number of STEM e-learning technologies including curriculum customization, concept map visualizations, and Open Educational Resource (OER) metadata infrastructure and dissemination. Prior to joining eBRAVO he was a project manager and software engineer at the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR) where he lead the development and operation of the National Science Digital Library (NSDL), the Digital Library for Earth System Education (DLESE), the Curriculum Customization Service (CCS), and the Strand Map Service (SMS).
