GPSG is holding elections for a variety of positions for the 2022-23 academic year. If you have ever been interested in making a difference for your fellow students and the university as a whole, this is your chance to get involved! No prior experience with student government is required. All positions are paid.
Note: International students on 50% appointment are still eligible for these positions as we pay using stipends. Read more here.

Description of position expectations
We have openings for four types of positions:
- GPSG Executives represent graduate and professional student needs to the CU Boulder administration. These positions are elected by the entire graduate and professional student body. We are hiring three (3) executives, paid around $230 biweekly.
- CUSG Senators represent graduate and professional students to CU Student Government. These positions are elected by the entire graduate and professional student body. We are hiring two (2) CUSG senators, paid around $230 biweekly.
- GPSG Officers work internally to GPSG and lead a variety of projects. There is likely a position to match your interests! These positions are selected by the incoming executives and approved by the Legislative Assembly. We are hiring seven (7) officers, paid around $125-150 biweekly.
- Assembly Senators represent their specific school or college in the Legislative Assembly. These positions are elected by the students of each college and school. The number of positions for each college is determined by the number of enrolled students. We are looking for twenty (20) senators from the following colleges and schools, paid $60 biweekly:
- College of Engineering and Applied Science: 5 senators
- College of Arts and Sciences: 5 senators
- School of Education: 2 senators
- College of Music: 2 senators
- Law School: 2 senators
- Leeds School of Business: 2 senators
- College of Media, Communication and Information: 2 senators

Friday, April 15 - Voting form closes and results are certified by current executive team
Transition
Wednesday, April 20 - New executives attend Assembly meeting
Tuesday, April 26 - New executives complete selection of officers
Wednesday, April 27 - New executives and officers are sworn in, first meeting of new Assembly Senators
Any student enrolled in a graduate or professional program at CU Boulder is eligible to apply for a position. This includes MBA and Law students!
