To get help with the Billing Information Website:
If you need assistance with this site, please contact us by using our online form or by calling 303-492-5634 to request help.

To log in to the Billing Information Website:

  • Enter your CU Login name (if you do not know your CU Login name and IdentiKey password, please contact OIT at 303-735-HELP.)
  • Enter your IdentiKey password.
  • Click the "Login" button.

To access work order billing information:

  • After logging in, click on the "Work Order Billing" tab.
  • Enter your speed type.
  • Choose the billing period range you wish to query from the drop-down list.
    • To query a single billing period, choose the same value for both Billing Period and To Billing Period.
    • When querying a range of billing periods, please be sure that the value chosen for Billing Period is earlier than the value chosen for To Billing Period.
  • Click the "Submit" button.
  • Click on a column heading to sort by that column.
  • Click on a Work Order number to see details about that work order.

To access utility billing information:

  • After logging in, click on the "Utility Billing" tab.
  • You will automatically be redirected to the EnergyCAP website.

To access legacy utility billing information:

  • After logging in, click on the "Utility Billing" tab.
  • Enter your speed type.
  • Choose the billing period you wish to query from the drop-down list.
    • To query a single billing period, choose the same value for both Billing Period and To Billing Period.
    • When querying a range of billing periods, please be sure that the value chosen for Billing Period is earlier than the value chosen for To Billing Period.
  • Click the "Submit" button.
  • Click on a column heading to sort by that column.
