Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Cynthia who will be starting with PD&C on Monday, November 17. Cynthia joins us after 15 years with CU Boulder Housing Facilities Services, where she developed deep expertise in construction. She looks forward to continuing her growth and applying her experience to D&C projects.
