The series is organized into three parts. Each part of the series will consist of four Dialogue Sessions. Whether you are a seasoned Dialoguer or a total beginner, this three-part series is for you!
Part One (Spring/Summer 2024)
Foundations of Critical Dialogue and Shared Equity Leadership (SEL)
Part Two (Fall 2024)

Part Three (Spring 2025)
Advancing SEL Relational Practices in FBS
This FBS Dialogues SEL dialogue series is designed to equip equity-minded individuals at all levels within the organization with practices to: build trust around equity issues; cultivate positive relationships within and outside the workplace; navigate and embrace tensions and disagreements; normalize conflict to promote individual and collective growth; and integrate SEL relational practices into FBS for transformational change.

Dialogue Action Implementation Groups
Building off the work of the FBS Dialogue Action Groups, participants will engage in deliberative dialogues as they collectively move towards implementing equity goals focused on flexible work arrangements, hiring and retention, and performance planning.
Implementation Groups Share-Out - April 25, 2024
Dialogue Action Groups
Using the feedback solicited from previous Dialogues participants and from the survey shared earlier this summer, FBS Leadership and the FBS Dialogues Team have identified four areas of action in which to engage via Dialogues this fall: pay and promotion equity; work modality; hiring and retention equity; cost of living.
Each action group will focus on one of these areas. Participants will attend three dialogues and a debrief session, with an opportunity to share out ideas and findings more widely in the spring.
