Dialogues

BFI Dialogues offers our staff the opportunity to engage in facilitated conversation aimed at advancing shared equity leadership and creating a more inclusive work environment. The program holds several structured dialogues during the year. Staff interested in developing interpersonal skills in dialogue may apply to serve as dialogue facilitators.

BFI Dialogues started in 2020 as a partnership with the School of Education. The program was born out of the desire to hold intentional conversations that invite participants to share their own experiences and listen to others with curiosity.
