Welcome: Marco

I'm pleased to announce that Marco Pomponio will be joining the ROCC Lab. Marco is currently employed by Craig Nelson at the Time and Frequency division of the National Institute of Standards and Technologies (NIST). His graduate studies will be supported by NIST and the scope of his research project is yet to be determined.
