Ph.D. Candidate
Evan is an active duty Civil Engineer officer in the U.S. Air Force with experience as an owner’s project manager, and teaching project management continuing education to Air Force Civil Engineers. Evan’s research interests focus primarily in construction project risk management. During his master’s research, he explored the effectiveness of the Project Definition Rating Index for Air Force military construction (MILCON) projects, publishing the results in ASCE’s Journal of Management in Engineering. He is currently working on improving construction project risk identification.
