New Theranostics Paper

Congrats to Kang-Ho Song on his new paper in Theranostics, “Microbubble gas volume: A unifying dose parameter in blood-brain barrier opening by focused ultrasound“.  Here, we show with microbubbles of different size that the extent of BBB opening increases linearly with the total volume dose of microbubbles.  We then use the technique to achieve targeted DNA transfection of neurons.  This work is a collaboration with Brandon Harvey at NIH.
