Megan grew up in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area but has called Colorado her home for the past six years. After transferring to CU Boulder and exploring her interests, changing majors 5 times, she earned her BA in Anthropology and Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences (SLHS). After working in multiple student employee positions, Megan decided to pursue a career in higher education. She is currently working towards a MA in Higher Education at CU Boulder. Before, working as a First-Year Advisor in the University Exploration & Advising Center, she was the Undergraduate Program Coordinator and Administrative Assistant for CU Boulder's Philosophy Department. Megan is excited to help students find their passions and explore what is possible.

Outside of the office, Megan volunteers for a multi-cultural organization that empowers womxn in college and beyond. She enjoys knitting, crocheting, baking, and traveling as well as training and cuddling with her puppy.
