Erica Sigel

Erica is originally from Miami, Florida and has lived in Boulder for over 20 years. After returning to CU Boulder as an unconventional student in 2023 to finish her degree, she is excited to now work with students in the Program for Exploratory Studies. Her own path shaped her passion for working with college students and her belief in the individuality of college pathways.

Before joining CU, Erica spent more than a decade working as a personal trainer and co-owning a fitness and wellness studio. She enjoys working alongside others and helping people make sense of change, uncertainty, and what matters most to them.

Outside of work, Erica loves audiobooks, art, being outdoors, and spending time with her husband, two dogs, and cat. She has spent a lot of time adventuring throughout Colorado and is always happy to share trail or backpacking recommendations.
