Active harmer class to be held Oct. 9

The Active Harmer Response Class, offered by the CU Boulder Police Department, will be held Wednesday, Oct. 9, from 3–4:30 p.m. in the third floor auditorium of the Champions Center on the northeast corner of Folsom Field. The free class introduces attendees to the basic response options for imminent harm situations.

The class will discuss how you should react if you ever find yourself in an active harmer and other threatening situations, no matter where you are. Every effort is made to address concerns, dispel myths and develop response options.

All faculty, staff and students on campus are encouraged to attend. No registration is necessary.
