Oral presentations will be 20 minutes each with 10 minutes reserved for questions and discussion after each talk. Attendees giving oral presentations will be contacted with more information about submitting presentation slides.
Oral presenters: Please upload your slides as a PowerPoint document or Google Slides document to this Google Drive folder, or bring your slides on a flash drive by 8:30am on Saturday and upload manually at the auditorium. You can find the time of your talk on the schedule.
Morning session speakers: Please arrive before 9am to ensure that formatting, images, animations, etc. are properly displayed.
Afternoon session speakers: Please check your presentations during lunch.

Poster presenters: Please arrive before 9am on Saturday to hang your poster in the atrium at JSCBB. We have magnetic poster boards and magnets – you do not need to bring any hanging supplies. We ask that your poster be no larger than 4’ x 4’.
We have a panel of faculty that will be judging posters – top three posters will win a cash prize! Please email Garrett Boudinot with any questions. We look forward to hearing about your work on Saturday!
