Mike Kimball, Ph.D., is a contemplative anthropologist and co-founder and director of the University of Northern Colorado’s Center for Applied Contemplative Studies (launching in 2019). In addition to his teaching and research, Mike offers mindfulness classes and workshops and authored the cultural mindfulness textbook, Ethnowise: Embracing Culture Shock to Build Resilience, Responsiveness & Connection (Kendall Hunt 2017).
