Walk the Planets

Our day together will conclude with a closing circle and walking meditation, following the sun and planets of the Colorado Scale Model Solar System in front of the Fiske Planetarium.

"The Colorado model is one of only a handful of walkable scale model solar systems in the world that use a true scale; that is, models that have the same scale for both diameters and distances," says astronomer Jeffrey Kelley.

We'll start the walking meditation together and then disperse for the day!
