Receiving the BBC scholarship has significantly impacted my experience here at CU. The contribution this organization makes towards my tuition allows me to be more successful in my academic endeavors as it minimizes the financial burden of school and associated stress with that. It also has given me more opportunity to engage around campus and my community and that has also greatly impacted my experience at CU. As an Integrative Physiology major, this scholarship has helped me have the time to get my CNA license, work in healthcare settings and get closer to my overarching career goals.
