Student Edition - October 30, 2018

Academic advising coordinator Dylan West will be taking over the ENVD Instagram account on Halloween. Follow along as he and the rest of the advising team dress up as Clue, your favorite mystery board game. Think you can solve the murder? Winner of the game will receive a gift card prize. 

We want to feature you and your design work on Instagram! Submit work to envdprogram@colorado.edu for a chance to be featured on #FeatureFridays. Think sketches, photography, models and more! Include your name, class name, year of study and specialization area.

Are you interested in taking over our Instagram account for a day? We are looking for volunteers to assist us in Instagram takeovers for @cuboulderenvd and @futurebuffs, the CU Admissions Instagram account. If you are interested, please contact our communications manager Allyson Maturey. The purpose of our takeovers is to help prospective and current students get an inside peek of what it’s like in ENVD.

The next Colloquium Series presentation will be on Friday, November 9 at 12 p.m. with Danielle Rivera presenting her research on Surviving After Disaster: Informal Communities and Social Justice in Post-Hurricane Reconstruction.

ENVD lecturer Danielle Bilot and CEDaR research fellow Louise Chawla will be presenting at the Denver Botanic Garden Pollinator Summit on Friday, November 9. Tickets can be purchased on the Denver Botanic Gardens website.
